My boyfriend and I had plans for this Holy Week. We should be both in Malolos, Bulacan from today until Saturday. But because of unexpected family plans, I was not able to go with him. My family needs to visit my mother's youngest brother because he's very ill. On the bright side, we went to thousand steps in Don Juan or better known as Lumampao. The steps are the gateway to Taal Lake. We just took at about 250 steps. When I was young, we already went down to lake, but because we don't have that much time today, we weren't able to finish the steps. There was no electricity the first time I went to this place but now there are light posts installed everywhere.
The most popular destination here in Cuenca is the Mt Maculot for mountaineers. For information about this mountain, please visit

Anyway, I'll just share some of our pictures. :)
