Easter Sunday at Loreland Farm Resort

Sunday is really a family day. My family decided to have a day swimming/outing in Loreland Farm Resort located at Sitio Loreland, Brgy. San Roque, Antipolo City, few kilometers away from our house in Antipolo. We received a 10% discount on entrance fee because the owner of the subdivision where we live and the owner of Loreland is the same. Check-out for other promotions at http://www.loreland.com.ph/page.php?promotions.

We had fun though we had no enough time to explore the place. There are so many swimming pools deployed everywhere. There are many cottages and room accommodations that you can choose from. For the list of rates, you may refer to http://www.loreland.com.ph/page.php?rates.

The place can be also a wedding venue. They also offer salon and spa, and sports recreation like Basketball Court, Billiard Hall, Camp Tipolo Adventureland, and the Zipline. The Resort also has a Chapel and the Station of the Cross,

I'm sharing the following pictures. Enjoy! :)

Cuenca on Maundy Thursday

My boyfriend and I had plans for this Holy Week. We should be both in Malolos, Bulacan from today until Saturday. But because of unexpected family plans, I was not able to go with him. My family needs to visit my mother's youngest brother because he's very ill. On the bright side, we went to thousand steps in Don Juan or better known as Lumampao. The steps are the gateway to Taal Lake. We just took at about 250 steps. When I was young, we already went down to lake, but because we don't have that much time today, we weren't able to finish the steps. There was no electricity the first time I went to this place but now there are light posts installed everywhere.

The most popular destination here in Cuenca is the Mt Maculot for mountaineers. For information about this mountain, please visit http://www.pinoymountaineer.com/2007/08/mt-maculot-685.html.

Anyway, I'll just share some of our pictures. :)
